Alrighty, nice work, you two! The engagement is now official, and a wedding is on the cards. This is your day, and you’d like it to go brilliantly in every possible way. After a decade of providing this privileged celebrant service, I, for one, especially get that. That’s why it’s my job to support you in creating a fantastic experience, whether you're a low-key eloping duo or a couple pulling out all the stops for a wedding palooza of paparazzi proportions.
Either way and everything in between, we’ll put a clear plan in place that kicks any lead-up stress to the curb and manifests your vision for the best day you can dream of. With a solid number of ceremonies under my belt, I can tell you that the totally unpredictable can happen, but how you deal with it makes all the difference. Turning the “Oh no!” into a “Lezgo!” sometimes makes for the most natural, heartfelt moments people rave about for years to come. From scuba diving nuptials to hot air ballooning “I do’s”, it would be an honour to be your chosen celebrant and help you take the next step on an exciting life journey as one.
The Process
The best ceremonies happen when open collaboration sets the foundation for the day. As your marriage celebrant, my role is to get to know you both in the planning stages and ultimately pull together a once-in-a-lifetime ceremony that collectively captures your story, effortlessly engages guests and connects with warm authenticity. Here’s how we make that a sure thing.

Before you book me, we can chat over FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, phone or face-to-face to ask any pointy questions and arrive at a well-considered place you’re both happy with.

With the date locked in and a deposit paid, we next catch up to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) together — that necessary government legal stuff. We’ll also use this time to creatively workshop a ceremony format that blows you and your guests away! I’ll start working on a custom ceremony from scratch, including your vows, if you’d like some help with those. Rest assured, I’m here for you every step of the way and will keep you updated with all the planning nitty-gritty for ongoing peace of mind.

We have lift-off! On the day of the ceremony, I’ll arrive early to familiarise myself with the venue and location, brief you and your party, meet the photographer and set up my equipment, including a PA system, microphone, iPod and Bluetooth connectivity (if needed). Based on our thorough planning, I’ll then deliver your engaging ceremony highlighting the beautiful relationship culminating in today’s commitment. To conclude, we’ll sign some legal paperwork; I’ll pronounce you married and issue the all-important certificate you can pose with for some newlywed pics. WOOHOO!!! Now it's time to hit the d-floor!

Post-ceremony, I’ll lodge all the legal docs with BDM (Births, Deaths and Marriages) and guide you through applying for your Official Marriage Certificate.
